KUMQUAT has done it again! For their 12th release, the Swiss label has snapped up the dance floors with an international palette of artists brought to you from Switzerland, Germany and Georgia. Piquant, spicy, explosive, this infusion will titillate any gourmet whether you like it tart or sugar coated, your feet will be stompin’!
In times of financial crise when the records industry is hardly surviving: KUMQUAT, led by the visionary art of Ondrej, still bets on a better future. I could not be present this time for supporting this important vinyl and my only merit was flashing like hell while discovering the original version among the fabulous productions of Khainz.
For different reasons, Distance could not be released immediately; I guess the best things take their time!
The whole package is truly to collect with my favorite original Distance revisited by fantastic different versions: rich and colorful, intense and madly percussive, grooving my Latin soul on the dancefloor…”
